One Month

Hubby and I have been going to the gym for 1 month. I asked the receptionist if she would count how many times I have been this month and it was 15 times! I was so surprised - that is like every other day!!! I actually had no idea - I thought it would be like once every three or four days. I've worked up to 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at a moderate pace. I've been avoiding the scale, but I'm feeling good so that is what counts. Also, as a follow-up to my previous post on overeating - I've been doing much better. Thanks for your tips and encouragement. I also told my husband - he is so supportive and understanding - he really helps to boost me up when I'm feeling down :)
