I'm beginning a 100 day health challenge to get a jump on the summer and lasting through most of the summer. Is anyone else game? I am still doing great with the gym, but my eating habits still haunt me. This challenge (for me) would be daily exercise, a food journal, photos of my progress to motivate me along the way, special time for me (relaxation, shopping, massage, whatever...). My goal for this time period is 20 lbs, or two jeans sizes (either one would do). I'll post my current weight in the morning -
