Start of week seven...

Hi. Ending week six. Didn't reach my goal, but I still lost a pound.

I've gotten to the point in my diet where I've stopped tracking because I know how much everything is going to cost. It's weird really. We don't order out as much as we used to which is a good thing, but it seems I'm purchasing food every other day. When you switch to eating nothing but veggies and fruit or things that can go bad very quickly it feels as though you hang out at the supermarket way too much.

People at Trader Joes know me by name.

The goal for next month is to leave 300.
